We’re looking for a motivated, energetic Wildlife Control Operator to help homeowners safely and humanely remove nuisance wildlife. If you’re not afraid of heights, tight spaces, or working with animals—and you’ve got great customer service skills—this could be the perfect role for you.
Perform humane trapping, removal, and exclusion of wildlife (raccoons, squirrels, bats, etc.)
Inspect attics, crawlspaces, and roofs to identify entry points and animal activity
Seal entry points and install prevention materials (ex: ridge guards, vent covers)
Climb ladders and work on rooftops as needed
Communicate with customers clearly and professionally to explain findings and solutions
Use mobile devices to document work and submit reports
Comfortable working with animals and in confined spaces
Not afraid of heights or climbing ladders
Reliable vehicle and working smartphone
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Clean driving record and successful background check required
Previous experience in wildlife control, trapping, or home repairs
Military or labor experience
Ability to work independently and safely in all weather conditions
Warm inbound leads (no door-knocking!)
Traps, ladders, tools, and treatment materials
Comprehensive paid training
Company vehicle may be available after 90-day probation

Perform routine pest control services for residential and commercial properties
Identify pest activity and recommend appropriate treatment plans
Apply pest control products safely and effectively according to label and regulations
Communicate clearly with customers and answer their questions
Document service details using mobile apps or paper forms
Provide follow-up service and recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and outdoors
Reliable vehicle and working smartphone
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Clean driving record and successful background check required
Prior experience in pest control or similar service industry
Sales experience is a plus
SC pest control license is a bonus, but we’ll train the right person!
